Tudor Rose worked with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (UN/ISDR) to document the proceedings from a three-day global meeting on the topic 'Rethinking Capacity Development for Disaster Risk Reduction: Action 2005-2015'.

Tudor Rose produced the report and reproduced the DVD. Both products effectively chronicle the Future Search methodology and process that was utilised to structure the meeting's discussions. The report effectively captures the rich dialogue that progressively evolved over the three days, that resulted in a new consensus on what capacity development means for disaster risk reduction and how to improve on the results of such efforts in the future.

Joanne Burke, Coordinator of the UN Capacity for Disaster Reduction Initiative, says: "Tudor Rose did an excellent job of capturing the tremendous compassion, enthusiasm and commitment that the 86 participants expressed in the meeting on a very complex topic. The report and DVD will serve to inform a much broader audience on the challenges and processes for integrating capacity development concerns and issues into all aspects of disaster risk reduction, including the Hyogo Framework for Action."
